I’ve blogged before on the fact that if you are doing a creative project you need a wide range of inspiration. This means looking beyond your usual magazines or tv shows to a broader range of creative stimuli to help your brain bounce ideas around.
One of my go to people for inspiration is Heston Blumenthal. I thought his series of fantastical feasts were awesome and I’ve tried various things from the cook book that accompanied the series – Hestons Fantastical Feasts.
If you happen to have 3 days and a science lab available then you might be able to knock up a salad from ‘In Search of Perfection: Reinventing Kitchen Classics. I think a salad is literally all I’ve managed but it was very tasty.
